Quality & Warranty

How do you check the quality of each case?

A dedicated technician oversees each case, and lab owner Aigars Stiris conducts the final inspection before shipment.

Who will work on my case?

Your case is handled by our trained, certified dental technicians. Team members hold professional certifications and have completed training with leading laboratories and manufacturers, including international programs.

Can I speak directly with the technician handling my case?

Yes. You have direct access to the technician working on your case. Call or message them to discuss the patient's needs, review the design, and approve changes in real time.

Equipment & Materials

What equipment do you use?

Our lab uses five-axis vhf S5 and DGSHAPE DWX milling machines, Asiga 3D printers, Renfert finishing equipment, and dedicated sintering and firing furnaces. We follow the manufacturers’ recommended processing protocols and cycles. A digital microscope supports quality control, and professional cameras with softboxes document completed restorations.

What materials do you use?

We use LumiZir biomimetic zirconia for our zirconia restorations and ARUM DENTISTRY abutment components for implant crowns. We follow the manufacturers’ recommended processing protocols and confirm the material selection, implant platform and required components with your practice before fabrication.

Can you accommodate halal, kosher, or other religious material requirements?

We respect patients’ religious and cultural material requirements. The primary materials we use—zirconia, lithium disilicate (e.max), titanium, ceramic, and PMMA—are synthetic or mineral-based and contain no animal-derived components. On request, we can provide manufacturer documentation and discuss materials that meet a patient's specific requirements.
